High School
Excel is our school day program for our High School athletes. The intensity and focus of this program will help our High School athletes take a significant step toward their unique goals and vision. These athletes will be in the gym and weight room at a collegiate level and their development will mirror this. We expect to see unparalleled results from this group that will help them Excel to their absolute best and maximize their athletic and sports potential.
EDGE Sports Academy has built a unique schedule structure for our EXCEL programs allowing for an individualized basketball training journey while building in flexibility for each athletes schooling. The school year will be built on a Trimester structure giving 3 focused seasons of development and training. This will consist of a Fall, Winter and Spring Trimester. Each Trimester will begin with a 1-2 week period we call APPT. This stands for Assessment, Planning, Programming and Training. During this period each athlete will go through a personalized assessment with our staff to facilitate their trimester planning and programming. Once this is complete the athletes will go through a training phase based on their trimester planning, programming and schedule. This system will give us the ability to personalize and individualize each athlete's journey according to their goals and focus.
